Every year, a small part of our student population is composed of students from around the world who come with their families to enjoy the peaceful and enriching education that Futuro Verde offers.
Futuro Verde accepts short-term students and has monthly rates to accommodate any family and their specific situations and needs. The minimum for a short-term/visitor student is 1 month, and the maximum is 6 months.
Process and Expectations
Visiting students who wish to participate in the Educational Center's program must meet the following requirements and expectations:
- Attend classes and adhere to the schedule for a minimum of one month and up to a maximum of 6 months.
- Maintain positive behavior inside and outside the classroom that does not disrupt the group dynamic.
- Comply with uniform and schedule expectations.
- Complete classroom activities and tasks.
- Students will need to have student insurance. The school will not be responsible for any accidents that occur during the school day. We recommend the following: National Student Insurance.
- Purchase the complete list of materials, including books.
Our Visitor Program
- It is a cultural immersion and curriculum enrichment program. This means that the educational center does not offer specific language acquisition programs in Spanish or English.
- Admission is subject to space and availability in each grade.
- We can only confirm space one month before the date the student wishes to join the visitor program.
- It is not a permanent space in the classroom.
- A potential permanent student will have priority, as well as students on the waiting list.
- Students participating in the program may receive a letter confirming the dates they attended Futuro Verde and a brief explanation of the experience of being a Futuro Verde student.
- This is a student and cultural enrichment program. Students will not receive final grades or completion certificates.
- The limit of visiting students per grade is 2 per school year.
