In Futuro Verde we support all of our students on the road to bilingualism. Undeniably, learning one or two new languages is a challenging process. However, your children will feel supported and encouraged by both our teachers and language acquisition team.
We work in unison to monitor and follow up on both newcomers and students who have been with us for longer. We offer differentiated support based on age and language acquisition stage in both English and Spanish.
Available options include push-in and pull-out support by a language specialist, differentiated instruction, and individualized attention. Moreover, to our secondary students we offer the opportunity of “Language B” classes in recognition of the need for support during the language acquisition process. Language B classes aim at developing language through subject matter that differs from the grade level content for language. Bilingualism for all is unmistakably one of Futuro Verde´s goals.
