Meiby Soto Cortés grew up in Quebrada de Nando, a town near Playa Coyote, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Teaching from the Universidad Nacional, Sede Omar Dengo. She has recently obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Sciences with emphasis in Teaching at the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica. As a teacher, she strives to provide a quality teaching-learning process, planning classes according to the needs of each student; she also offers the essential tools for students to achieve meaningful learning. She focuses on maximizing the student’s potential through a constructive approach, that is, it develops dynamic and interactive processes that turn the child into a subject with skills and attitudes capable of solving conflicts or situations that occur in the environment.
