Kim Maxwell, has an extensive background in education that she believes would be a great contribution to the stewardship and development of Futuro Verde. She has a career in education spans 22 years as a teacher, administrator, and consultant. Most recently, elementary school principal for 7 years, and prior to that, she was an assistant director/vice principal for 7 years, a district administrator for 2 years, and a teacher for 6 years. Kim has worked in public and private schools, in urban and suburban communities, and at bilingual international schools and have served on national accreditation committees and in professional development programs as a consultant and coach.
