The Annexation of Nicoya is celebrated each year throughout Costa Rica and is a much awaited holiday for all! Firstly, it is important to know that The Annexation of Nicoya in Costa Rica is always celebrated on July 25th. Therefore, this is a no school day for our staff and students. However, a big school assembly is held the day prior to commemorate the event.
